Using our collective and individual expertise in key fields, we plan your solution and develop a workflow for implementation designing and rendering proposals for you to approve every step of the way as needed - working this way ensures that we keep you in the loop from the start to completion of the workflow. But if you would rather not be bothered with the details, we can plan your solution from start to finish and provide documentation and support for those who will need it.
An important note: project budget
We are by nature very budget conscious, as such we initially set out to plan and have you approve a realistic budget for the work, task by task. If at any point mid-task we foresee exceeding the budget for that task (or any upcoming tasks) typically due to changes or improvements in the original plan, we compile a list of options and with you, solve the tricky debate over an improved solution versus the cost.
Going over-budget is rare indeed as we try our best to evaluate every possibility in your best interests long before undertaking the first task, but we want you to be aware that budgeting any initial setups, improvements, or additions in your business is perhaps THE single most important thing to get done in the early stages, and we aim to crystallize both cost and expected timeframe per task. Since we work with you personally through all stages, if for any reason after any given task you cannot meet the budget, we can and will happily re-prioritize if possible or put your project on hold until you feel ready to resume at which time we will eagerly pick up right where we left off. This is important so that you don’t feel as though an entire project is in jeopardy or even canceled if your finances suddenly don’t allow us to continue.
Small businesses are generally our most important clients because we find typically that they have the greatest number of needs with limited budgets, and while we purposely try to stay small, we vicariously grow by strengthening and providing the right tools your business requires to truly prosper, but don’t mistake this ethos with mediocrity or ’small work.’ We make enterprise level solutions available to small but soon to thrive enterprises (also enterprise level solutions for large well established enterprises).
