These packages can be hosted on Windows or Linux servers depending on your requirements but for most purposes the default choice of Linux gives you the the greatest reliability for your dollar.

This package is perfectly suited to host your e-commerce site and everything that goes with it.

*Summary Disk Space is a billing feature which allows you to be flexible with how your disk space is used. For example, if your website is small, but you send and recieve many emails with large attachments, your summary disk space will allow you to do this without the need for adjusting your website usage or email usage resources. This same rule applies to your databases. Essentially, your website, email and databases can grow freely within your plan’s summary disk space on their respective servers.

Superior Datacenter
Our servers are located in the NAP Of The Americas, in Miami Florida. Nap of the Americas is one of the most impressive datacenters in the world. This datacenter uses a state-of-the-art environmental control system that regulates temperature and humidity levels throughout the facility. The server rooms are the heart of the facility. Here, bunker-style construction provides for non-stop operations and protection of your e-business infrastructure. The only entrance to the server rooms is through highly secured entryways, protected with palm scanners, Card-Key and keypad locks. State-of-the-art fire supression & electric systems prevent any fire or power surges from disrupting server operations.
With 750,000 sqft of datacenter space, it has everything necessary to withstand the worst hurricanes possible. No windows, 12 million pounds of concrete and steel ballast on the roof alone, a record 100,000 square foot PSI beam and concrete slab was poured as its foundation, is located outside the 100 year flood zone and, of course, is able to withstand a Category 5 Hurricane. In case of massive power outages, there are 6 massive generators in the upper corners of the building with almost 200,000 gallons of diesel fuel storage! The roof slope is designed to aid in drainage of floodwater in excess of 100-year storm intensity assisted by 18 rooftop drains. Our equipment is located on the 2nd floor and up which is 32 feet above sea level (ground floor is already 14 feet above sea level)
Superior Network
The facility uses CISCO-only routers and switches setup for redundancy and reliability. We are connected by premium tier-1 carriers such as InterNAP which ensure 100% network reliability. This translates into faster downloads and better reliability for our customers
Superior Hardware
Our servers run only Dual Opteron, Dual XEON or Pentium 4 processors for maximum efficiency. A minimum of 4GB of server-grade DDR RAM is fitted into each of these machines. Our web servers run top-of-the-line Ultra320 SCSI hard disks (faster, more reliable and efficient than SATA Hard Disks) in a RAID1 or RAID5 configurations. This means all our systems can tolerate at least 1 hard disk failure with no downtime. All our servers are backed up to secure NAS servers every 24 to 48 hours. This along with RAID ensures that your data is more safe with us than on your computer’s hard disk! We use powerful internal CISCO routers and firewalls to maintain network security and protect our systems (and your data) from harmful internet traffic.

Control Panel
Our control panel is powered by H-Sphere, an industry leading control interface which brings both power and ease of use to your fingertips, allowing you or your webmaster to perform operations from basic to vital within seconds such as creating and working with databases, adding or managing your email addresses, and even building your own website using the SiteStudio content management system, rather than hours or days waiting for any other would-be hosting provider to set these things up for you. Windows Servers
Scripting languages available for use on all Windows servers include ASP.NET 1.1/2.0, ASP classic, PHP4, Perl 5 and ColdFusion MX 6.1, allowing for a great range of flexibility when choosing a programming language for your website. 
Windows best strengths are for serving ASP.NET, ASP (classic), and ColdFusion (please specify prior to purchasing if you require ColdFusion support so we can set you up on the proper server) as these run natively on the host software. FrontPage extensions are loaded on the server but must be activated within the control panel. Private CGI-Bin comes standard and is active with the account creation. Components available on Windows servers include CDONTS, CDOSYS, AspMail, AspSecured, AspUpload, AspImage, AspSock, AspPOP3, AspNTTP, AspDNS, AspMX, AspPing, AspCrypt, AspINET, ASPJPEG, JMAIL, SiteTree, Dundas Mailer, Dundas Uploader, ASPSmartUpload, Office Web Components. DotNetNuke 3.0 and hundreds of popular ASP/ASP.NET scripts are supported.
Linux Servers
Linux, the single most popular server platform on the internet, provides leading edge security and performance at great value and reliability. Our servers are running Apache server on RedHat ES 3.0 and are ready for the world of excellent open source website software developed by a large worldwide community of PHP programmers. 
One of the most useful features found in Apache server running on Linux is the famous Mod_Rewrite module, allowing you to seamlessly map requested addresses to virtual pages on your website, and is a good means of enhancing the security and usability of your website by cleaning up your URLs. Other standard features include Crontab support, ImageMap, Throttle Resource, FrontPage, and fully customizable file CHMOD permissions through your FTP client or using the web based File Manager.
